Job Description

IPG360 is looking for an innovative thinker to join a fast-growing, start-up company at the intersection of sports, entertainment and technology. This individual will be integral in generating partnership revenue for IPG360’s marquee clients and working on the national accounts. With strong instincts and a “get stuff done” mindset, this candidate must have a consultative sales-minded approach and will work closely with the CEO for business development activities.

Job Duties

Manage the administrative process of the sales pipeline and sales activities for clients from targeting to execution of sales funnel

Manage day to day business development activities around targeting new prospects

Work closely with the CEO on building partner lead campaigns, presentations

Research new target companies and build deeper brand partner relationships

Responsible for improving and maintaining sales materials when needed

Execute client calls/meetings to go through fact-finding process and/or gain insight on specific marketing objectives

Brainstorm with IPG360 team to develop strategic recommendations, and build customized proposals that best fit prospective advertiser's target demographics, key markets, specific needs and budget options

Provide research assistance such as prospecting for new clients and business contacts

Monitor inventory assets throughout projects to maintain organization among available and sold assets

Participate in marketing opportunities and facilitates collaboration within the firm

Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business

Other sales activities determined by the CEO

Required Skills

Undergraduate degree required

2+ years of experience including 2 – 3 years of successfully developing brand/client relationships and selling long-term partnerships for teams, properties, events, etc

Understand the sales process, sales cycle, account management

Basic software skills (Excel, Word, Keynote or Powerpoint, CRM)

Experience working with clients and sponsorship programs

Collaborative and professional work ethic

Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, listening and written including client presentation skills
