Executive Business Development Coordinator

Job Description

IPG360 is looking for an innovative thinker to join a fast-growing, start-up company at the intersection of sports, entertainment and technology. This individual will be integral in helping execute the game plan for “how we work better and smarter” to support scaling the business and setting IPG360 up for future growth. With strong instincts and a “get stuff done” mindset, this candidate will demonstrate an ability to proactively anticipate the team’s needs in order to offer executive level support, management of executive rolodex, management of internal solutions to drive efficiency throughout the organization.

Job Duties

Reports directly to the CEO

Support IPG360’s team to ensure coordination, integration and balance between divisions

Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, memberships and contacts database

Process expense reports

Responsible for coordinating internal and external meetings for the team, as needed

Assists in project management

Assists with outreach, social media, event planning and management, program execution, assembly of marketing packages, and other marketing activities

Provide sales and lead generation support to Business Development studio

Provides industry related research

Salesforce pipeline management & updates

Writing and peer review of presentations and other business documents

Participates in the brainstorming session with the different Studio’s

Other sales and administrative activities determined by the CEO & VP or Chief of Staff

Required Skills

Undergraduate degree is preferred

Experience in a business development, sales or partnerships role is a plus

Experience in an executive and administrative support is a plus

Desire to work in Sports & Entertainment is preferred

Advanced competence with computers, peripherals and software packages, included but not limited to Microsoft Office

Excellent grammar, proofreading & communications skills and a client services approach to daily tasks to execute with accountability and positivity

Comfortable in a fast paced environment with a desire to come in and build something great

Ability to set priorities, self-manage workload and handle and meet deadlines
